Images going to named buyers do a different job than images going to a search portal. They are looked at slowly, on a large screen, by people who already know the street and the club and want to see what has changed. That calls for a complete set rather than a highlight reel, and for frames that hold up at full size.

Everything here is produced so the same set carries straight into a public launch later without a reshoot.

Twilight runs the evening before, on Thursday the 6th, which is the one requirement worth flagging early: the exterior needs to be camera ready a day ahead. If that is not workable we run option one on Friday and can add twilight on a later evening.

Broad rights, no paperwork later.

Serhant receives a perpetual license to use the images for marketing 282 Princess Palm Rd: private circulation to clients, website, social, email, print collateral, brokerage and MLS distribution, and press or editorial placement. Resale or sublicensing of the images to third parties as stock is not included. Copyright and portfolio use remain with the photographer, and nothing is published on my end until the property is public.

Payment 100% upfront, which confirms your booking and holds the date.
Delivery Two to three business days from the final shoot day.
